• 5 cups grilled skinless chicken breasts and thighs, cubed

Curry Chicken Salad

This curry chicken salad is delightful, with just the right balance of flavor and texture. This is a great one to make when hosting a party, also great for picnics!


In a medium bowl mix mayo, curry, salt, and pepper, until blended.
In a large bowl, add diced chicken, onions, celery, olives, grapes, almonds, and the curry mayo. Fold ingredients together (making sure not to smash the grapes), until all is coated with the curry mayo.

Serves: 4-6
