Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk, soymilk, or almond milk
  • 1/2 to 1 cup ice, depending on the size and density of your ice cubes
  • 3 heaping tbs. peanut butter, creamy
  • ½ tbs. chocolate syrup
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup frozen vanilla yogurt, non-dairy frozen vanilla yogurt works perfectly too.

Peanut Butter Smoothie


Peanut Butter lovers this is for you! This smoothie is thick and creamy and oh-so dreamy. Perfect start to your day or afternoon snack.

Directions

Place all ingredients (start with 1/2 cup of ice) in a high powered blender and process until smooth.  Adding more ice if needed. The consistency should be thick and smooth.

Adriana’s Tip –

After following the recipe, if you desire more chocolate or peanut butter start by adding ½ tbs. more of whichever you want more flavor of. Also, kids love this smoothie! Make this smoothie as an afternoon snack for the kids when they get home from school!
