Cut avocados in half, remove seed and scoop out the flesh with a spoon and place in a medium size bowl. With a fork mash the avocados until it is slightly creamy but still chunky. Add the remaining ingredients and gently mix and fold until well blended. Serve immediately.

This guacamole can be made several hours ahead of time. Place plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole (creating a barrier from oxidation). If top layer of the guacamole turns brown simply scrape the top layer off with a spoon and discard. Another good tip for entertaining is to prep all the ingredients ahead of time leaving only the avocados to cut and mash right before guests arrive.”
